Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Stell Media's website or engaging our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stell Media Digital Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stell Media's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.
2. Description of Services
Stell Media provides digital growth and AI-powered marketing services including, but not limited to, AI demand generation, product discovery optimization, eCommerce optimization, performance marketing, customized AI solutions, staff augmentation, content production, software testing, digital transformation consulting, process automation, strategic consulting, and technology integration (collectively, the "Services").
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services; (b) use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms; (c) not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems; and (d) not use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the services or servers connected to them.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Stell Media Digital Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
5. Client Work & Deliverables
Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for them, except for pre-existing intellectual property, third-party tools, or proprietary frameworks. Stell Media retains the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential aspects of work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stell Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client data, pricing, and proprietary methodologies. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for a period of 3 years.
8. Payment Terms
All fees are due as specified in the executed Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
11. Changes to Terms
Stell Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
